• Sign up and pay for your drop-in pass here.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your time.
• Arrive a few minutes early and check-in.
• Introduce yourself to our coach and members.
Be independent and proficient in the olympic lifts and be able to perform your workout safely and with minimal guidance. Tips and guidance will be offered if desired but remember drop-in is meant for experienced out of town guests looking for a weightlifting gym.
