Coach's Remarks: Chris is a very solid weightlifter, additionally he is a good weightlifting coach. He works hard every training session, is extremely consistent and diligent in his training habits, despite often times training alone and traveling for work.Chris has been training for about four years now and after this long PRs can be few and far between. But just last week at the Lehigh Valley Barbell Meet, he hit some awesome PR lifts (snatch, clean and jerk, and total). All lifetime bests training or competition. These lifts qualified him for the 2017 American Open Finals.
